Product Introduction
HLV series single shaft shredder uses the interaction of movable cutter heads and fixed knives to tear, cut, and extrude the material into small size. The cutter head is consists of a basic shaft and pieces of quadrangle cutter. There are four edges that are easy to change. 'V' shaped rotary cutters are fixed on a single shaft. The fixed cutter is mounted at an angle adjacent to the rotary cutter to achieve better cutting. The material is grabbed between 'V' shaped rotary cutters and fixed cutter shreds repeatedly.
The shredder utilizes cutters mounted on the rotor to shred materials through rotation, offering material adaptability, high throughput, small finished size and consistent performance. With screens designed specifically for single-shaft shredders, it is easy to meet the required final size of material in a single pass with just one single machine.
The crushed material can be sold as raw material or processed to produce other products through other equipment.
According to the type of crushing material,the production capacity is about 300kg/ h-5000kg/h.
Being the smallest shaft shredder in our product line,It mainly handles plastic lumps and rejects, wood, paper wastes to obtain uniform particle size.

A:Generally, it will be about 35-40 days after deposit, which also will affected by the actual situation of the project.

A: We offer some free spare parts like belt,gasket etc small parts,for the BLADES,KNIVES,SHAFTS etc important wearing parts,we suggest customers buy some along with the machines to save the shipping cost,and we have enough spares parts in stock.
