The cylinder body is made of high-quality 45# steel. The surface of the piston rod is quenched by medium frequency, which has a long service life. The main components of the oil cylinder adopt high-quality material sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing.

Main structure of the machine
The main body is welded with high-quality steel plates and welded after fine processing. It can operate reliably under heavy load for long time;
The machine is composed of a frame, a shearing cylinder, a pressing cylinder, an upper shearing knife holder, a lower shearing knife holder, a pressing mechanism, a shearing blade, a guide mechanism, etc. The upper and lower shearing knife holders can shear the plates into qualified size plates.
The connection between the cylinder and the body adopts a screw structure;
The blade adopts a parallelogram and rectangular design, which can be flipped and polished for multiple uses. The material is H13 and can provide high-strength shearing;
 All cylinders of this machine are made of high-quality steel pipes and high-quality forging materials and are made through fine processing. The inner surface of the cylinder body adopts a unique rolling process, which improves the cold hardening effect of the surface metal structure, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder body;
It adopts heavy-duty rapid cooling guide rails and is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain and repair.
