Q91 series scrap metal shear machine is also called the guillotine shear or the gantry shear widely used for metal recycling Industry to cut the scrap metal like the copper, the steel, stainless steel and so on. The gantry shear is a kind of heavy duty machine which cuts a large amount of scrap metal efficiently. This process can reduce the cost of the transportation, labor and the space of stock.

4. Main structure of the machine
4.1 The main body is welded with high-quality steel plates and welded after fine processing. It can operate reliably under heavy load for long time;
4.2 The machine is composed of a frame, a shearing cylinder, a pressing cylinder, an upper shearing knife holder, a lower shearing knife holder, a pressing mechanism, a shearing blade, a guide mechanism, etc. The upper and lower shearing knife holders can shear the plates into qualified size plates.
4.3 The connection between the cylinder and the body adopts a screw structure;
4.4 The blade adopts a parallelogram and rectangular design, which can be flipped and polished for multiple uses. The material is H13 and can provide high-strength shearing;
4.5 All cylinders of this machine are made of high-quality steel pipes and high-quality forging materials and are made through fine processing. The inner surface of the cylinder body adopts a unique rolling process, which improves the cold hardening effect of the surface metal structure, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder body;
4.6 It adopts heavy-duty rapid cooling guide rails and is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain and repair.

5. Hydraulic power system
5.1 The oil pump used in this machine has excellent suction characteristics, low noise, long life, high volumetric efficiency, and short control response time;
5.2 The hydraulic system adopts the overall structure of the cartridge valve, which has a compact structure, large oil flow, good sealing performance, and a long service life. The hydraulic system is equipped with an integrated valve block, which assembles each valve according to its function. It is simple and intuitive, which not only simplifies the pipeline layout, but also provides convenience for the maintenance of the machine. The plug-in external control uses 24V DC voltage, which is safe to use;
5.3 The return oil pipeline is equipped with a large flow and high-precision return oil filter to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. The pressure oil pipeline connection adopts high-pressure flange connection to improve the sealing performance and reduce the oil circuit damping;
5.4 The power system is equipped with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to cool the hydraulic oil in the oil tank to ensure that the hydraulic oil is in a stable working state;
5.5 The hose system is connected with high-pressure steel wire braided hose and has an anti-failure safety device to effectively prevent leakage caused by vibration;
5.6 The oil pump motor and oil tank are integrated with each other and occupy a small area.

6. Electrical control system
6.1 The electrical system is composed of electrical control cabinet, operating table, wiring system, signaling device and sound and light alarm;
6.2 The main circuit of this system is powered by a three-phase 380V AC power supply. The main motor adopts domestic first-line brand motor, and the protection level of the motor is IPM;
6.3 This system adopts imported PLC, and completes a series of operations such as detection of the system working status, logical operation, and output according to the special program, so that the contactor and solenoid valve at the output end can act in a certain order, thereby controlling each action process of the equipment. The I/0 action status of this system is displayed by corresponding indicator lights on the PLC. Due to the high performance of PLC, this system has a strong self-diagnosis ability;
6.4 This system mainly adopts domestic first-line brand electrical products to ensure its reliability.
6.5 This system uses travel switches to realize the position detection of each moving part. The travel switch is installed in the corresponding parts such as the fuselage. When the equipment moves to the corresponding position, its travel switch is triggered, and the travel switch signal is transmitted to the PLC. After being processed by the PLC, the corresponding actuator is controlled to complete the action of the equipment. Pressure sensors are used to detect pressure, and the signals are processed by PLC to control each actuator;
6.6 The operating table is equipped with control and display components for pump groups, oil cylinders, etc. These components are composed of signal lights, knobs, buttons, etc. At the same time, the operating table is equipped with a liquid crystal display screen for the working status of the whole machine, which can fully observe the operating status of the equipment, making the operating table the operation, control and display center of the machine;
6.7 The electrical control cabinet is a dust-proof structure, equipped with main switches, contactors, control transformers, indicator lights and other components. The main switch is manually operated, and the live parts in the cabinet are equipped with organic glass protective covers to effectively protect the personal safety of operators;
6.8 The main circuit and control circuit are both short-circuit and overload protected. The electrical cabinet, button box and machine body are equipped with grounding protection lines and grounding bolts for connecting the machine to the protective grounding system. Emergency stop buttons are installed on the machine body, power station and operating table. Once an abnormal working condition occurs, the emergency stop button can be pressed at any time to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment;
6.9 The system is equipped with a safety alarm device. Before the equipment is operated, the safety alarm device reminds the operators around the equipment to pay attention to safety, so as to reduce and eliminate the occurrence of safety accidents;
6.10 The machine is equipped with a remote control, which can operate the equipment over a long distance.
