Product Description
This scrap steel crushing line is designed to recycle light and thin scrap materials, such as discarded automobiles, tin plate, household appliances, bicycles, empty cans, etc, to improve the purity of the steel and high the density of bulk goods. By smashing and crushing, the crusher/shredder will remove the impurities(coating,non-steel...) and raise density, so that it can save cost of smelting of steel plant. In this situation, steel plant will offer better price for these crushed steel balls, meanwhile saving the transport cost to have better profit.
The crusher/shredder machine is able to shred:
1. Whole or flattened car bodies (without tires, fuel/gas tanks,engines & gear boxes)
2. Tin plate material, Empty tanks / Cans (without liquid materials & painting, etc)
