What is a briquette machine?
DS/W series briquette machine can cold press steel chips, cast iron chips, powdered cast iron chips, alloy and other metal chips into cylindrical briquettes (without adhesive), with a shift output of 10-50 tons. This machine has a horizontal structure, cast steel upper and lower beams, automatic feeding, automatic output, PLC control, equipped with sequence adjustment display, multiple cooling systems, and only requires one person to operate.
Which Materials can be Processed?
Our equipment is suitable for iron filings, aluminum filings, steel filings, pig iron filings, ductile iron, iron fine powder, nickel powder, sponge iron, magnesium powder, grinder dust, copper filings, brass, copper granules, bottle caps, crushed materials, pull-rings and other metal chips(turnings, chips, filings, shavings, cuttings, sawdust, drillings, borings, debris, granules or sludge).
