What is a briquette machine?
DS series briquette press is mainly used to cold press broken or granular copper scraps, aluminum scraps, cast iron scraps, ball-milled cast iron scraps, sponge iron, steel scraps, iron ore powder, silicon powder, slag powder and other non-ferrous metal scraps. It is formed into cylindrical briquettes weighing 2.5~100KG without any additives. The large-scale fully automatic chip combining machine is suitable for customers with large amounts of metal chips, large foundries, wind power component casting companies, and copper and aluminum product manufacturing companies.

Product Highlights
Collection system
The chip/oil purification collection box performs simple filtration of the chip liquid/oil. It adopts a secondary filter design to recycle the chip liquid. When the chip liquid reaches the liquid level scale, the liquid is automatically pumped out.
Storage system
The centralized spiral hopper of the storage system has a storage space of 1-5 cubic meters, which can accommodate more metal chips.
Conveyor system
The chain plate conveyor adopts a chain plate design and closed conveying, with no leakage of liquid and chips, and prevents the corrosion of chip liquid/oil on the conveyor.
Briquetting system
The metal chip briquetting machine directly briquettes metal chips through cold pressing (optional vertical briquetting machine, vertical pre-pressed briquetting machine, horizontal press.
Lifting system
